Art Shows and Festivals
I have been fortunate to be invited to participate in some wonderful art festivals, including the Festival for the Eno in Durham, Lazy Dayz in Cary, Kiefer Garden Center's Spring and Fall Awakening, and The Dogwood Festival.
Private shows include such generous venues as Chatham Hill Winery in Morrisville and The Mad Hatter in Durham.
Thank you to all of my friends and family who have supported my art through the years and who continue to give me honest and frank feedback. Pictures include happy people enjoying art, wine, cheese, sunshine and laughter. However, if you see yourself and need to be removed from public view, let me know and I will be happy to delete that particular picture from the gallery.
Thank you for taking the time to view!

Durham Art Walk (4)
The Durham Art Walk is a wonderful event that brings the community together over local art, food and music. Downtown Durham is in a revitalization period right now that is inspiring, and I am proud to be a part of it every time. Although I have participated in this event many times since 2002, the pictures you see here are from the Spring 2011 and Fall 2010 events. Hope to see you there! -
Kiefer Garden Center (5)
Supporting the local garden center means a great deal to me against the big box life we have become bombarded with. Meeting lots of art and garden lovers has been a joy at Kiefer. They have a wonderful selection of plants and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to landscaping, pond building and maintenance, as well as a friendly, informed staff. I highly recommend supporting this local business. http://kieferlandscapinginc.com/ -
Festival for the Eno (9)
The Festival for the Eno is always a great success! We have had some unexpected visitors, however, like what turned out to be a pregnant Copperhead snake coiled up three feet from our booth site. She was removed quickly and safely by the Eno Park Ranger without incident and will hopefully return to her home to lay her eggs now that the people have gone away. The previous year I had a turtle try to lay eggs inside my booth overnight. Must be the art... pregnant women love it! : ) -
2003 and 2004 (12)
My first two shows from 2003 at The Mad Hatter restaurant in Durham, and 2004 at Chatham Hill Winery in Morrisville.
