Acevedo Sun and Moon
Wonderful clients, beautiful home. I think I especially love this pair of windows because I freehanded the Sun based on pictures I had of Ginger Rogers and my grandmother in her early 20's. Each panel has over 10 different clear textures, and they all sparkle in the sun.

Garden Party (left)
I had this woman pop in my head one day driving home from work. What put here there is a mystery, but there she was, clear and complete in my mind, so I sketched her out as soon as I got home... then it took me 2 years to get her in glass! It's supposed to be the left panel in a tri-panel glass screen. Center will be a little girl, and right panel an old woman. I was talking to my friend, Jim Alexander, about his creative ideas for a custom hinged iron frame for it. Unfortunately, Jim passed away before we could complete our design. He was a wonderfully talented metalsmith, and a good soul. This piece was sold as a single panel and is hanging in Raleigh.

Untitled
I made this for a friend who suggested that I play with clear textures instead of using color. I thought it would be silly, but I made this up and gave it to her as a gift. Turns out, it is one of my favorite designs and it inspired many further pieces in clear textures. Also, the design appealed to so many people that I have had the opportunity to make this over again many times with different color themes.
